We are so grateful to those who have reached out to us asking for ways to support us. We placed a few potential ways below. Thank you for your support!!
Be Our Patron on Patreon! Please be our Patron on our Patreon page?
Patreon is a popular platform that allows you to actively support creators. When you support us on Patreon, we can keep on creating and also give you some awesome Amoeba Sisters perks like voting on topics, exclusive illustrations, and shout-outs! Our Patreon works like a monthly subscription. However, it is the Patron (you) who decides how much to pledge each month (example: $3/month-definitely less than you'd spend monthly on a specialty coffee drink)! The amount is deducted at the beginning of each month, and you can delete or adjust your pledge at any time. |
One-Time Tip
|
Teachers Pay TeachersWe are unique in that all of our videos are already free! We continue to offer many free handouts as well. To support our work in building resources, there are specific items that we sell in our Amoeba Sisters Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) store. In the "store," you can see the categories offered on the left.
We are especially excited about our current project which is an alternative to traditional lecture and notes---our Unlectured Series. We love Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) as a platform for supporting teacher creators. Please note that resources purchased on TPT have terms of use that do not allow them to be posted online publicly. This would make us unable to support ourselves with the items we work hard to create on TPT. |
Visit Our Redbubble Store! We license our art for our Redbubble "store." Redbubble manufactures, ships, and sells our graphics on t-shirts, mugs, posters, laptop sleeves, calendars, stickers, and more for the science enthusiast! We make a percentage of each sale on Redbubble.
We find that Redbubble does great work. Issue with an order? Submit a request on Redbubble or send a message on their Redbubble Twitter Help page. |
Help Us Translate Our Video Subtitles! When you translate our YouTube subtitles within our videos, you help us reach others! Here is how to contribute translated subtitles.
YouTube gives the option to be credited as a subtitle contributor in the "details" under our video (you have to make sure to select to be credited or you will be anonymous to us!), and we also try to recognize those AWESOME individuals on our Twitter account. |
Motivate Us!It's easy to find negativity on YouTube; spread the positive instead. Nothing motivates us like encouraging comments on our YouTube videos! Subscribing to our YouTube Channel and telling others about our work communicates to us that we're doing a good job.
Below are our Amoeba Sisters social media icons! You can find us individually on Twitter too: Pinky and Petunia. If our work has been helpful, we'd love to know! |
